Responsibilities

  • They are responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and closing of opportunities
  • The role is supported by both a marketing team and customer success managers
  • This individual will report to our Managing Director of Fabulous Enterprise
  • Daily diligence and 100% focus on net new business
  • Handling of all prospect/customer lifecycle from prospecting to initial discovery, proposal development, negotiating, closing, and client on-boarding
  • In the beginning, the role will assume responsibilities as a BDR, SDR, and AM
  • The candidate will build their strategy, lead generate through market research and using their HR network, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and using provided prospect list with prospects emails/phone contacts
  • Salesforce and marketing team help with lead generation
  • Not reliant on inbound and/or SDR lead generation
  • They will be responsible for building and maintaining a qualified pipeline
  • Each week will vary depending on where their accounts are in the stages of closing
  • The candidate needs to prioritize deals that are closing
  • Able to speak to the multiple value propositions delivered by the company’s product and services, depending on the audience and their needs
  • Have the skill and charisma to gain credibility and trust across levels, roles, and personality types
  • Along with sales, revenue, and expense controls, the candidate is also responsible for meeting agreed to targets and sales metrics per month, per quarter, and year
  • Contribute and report personal sales metrics in the weekly/monthly sales team meetings
  • Account Relationships and Partnerships: Proven expertise in communications, negotiation skills, marketing, and customer relations for key new and strategic accounts
  • Conduct research and focus on the outbound marketing activities
  • Identify target audience, develop new relationships and with institutions (local industry or trade organizations, media partners, potentially LinkedIn)
