Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands on experience with a bachelors degree in Computer Science or another related field
- 3+ years of experience reviewing specifications and design documents, processing software, designing tests to assess software, and coordinating testing activities with software engineers and programmers
- Experience designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
- Extensive experiencing documenting software defects using a bug tracking system
- Ability to communicate between business and development teams regarding bugs and issues that are being reviewed null
Responsibilities
- This position works closely with project and program managers to develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and strive for continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction
- As a QA Engineer, you will conduct quality audits and develop and implement corrective action plans, while following up to assess the impact of process/procedural changes
- You will develop and executes quality control plans including verification/qualification procedures of new and modified products to ensure product quality
- This role is remote but candidates must reside in Harrisburg, PA
