Inside Sales Development Rep

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service/inside sales/ manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP and CRM systems
- Ability to multi-task while exercising judgment in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Occasional overnight travel when necessary
Responsibilities
- The Inside Sales Development Rep will support and collaborate with internal departments to drive the process, secure information needed; coordinate order information and handle all customer requirements for a project or job, exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage a personal book of business including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities, ensuring their needs are met
- Assist customers with product selection, sample orders, and answer basic and escalated calls
- Continue to grow relationships with current and prospective clients
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
- Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Monitor and update open sales order, finished goods inventory, and open orders for billing reports
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Create reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams
- Travel to various trade shows to assist (open to travel during the weekend)
