Responsibilities
- Facilitate monthly closeout by calculating and recording monthly journal entries surrounding P&L expense lines
- Complete monthly balance sheet roll-forwards to track ending balances within accrual balance sheet accounts
- Complete balance sheet reserve analysis for key reserves
- Prepare expense and gross margin analysis
- Accounting research as necessary
- Generating ad hoc reconciliations and internal reports as needed
- Month end close duties as assigned
- Full cycle expense report processing and reporting
- Prepare monthly review, analysis and propose changes at an account and cost center level
- Assist with financial audits and tax returns, including preparing schedules as needed
- Intercompany billings and reconciliation
