Qualifications

  • Marketing/Communications degree is preferable
  • 2 years' experience in independently managing marketing projects with key business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing workflows in Asana, as well as using tools such as Figma is preferable
  • Ability to operate autonomously and use initiative in your approach to projects, but also with support from the Global Marketing Director
  • Must possess a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Have experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, without compromise to quality of the output of each project

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Manager NAM will be responsible for overseeing Marketing and Brand Strategy for the NAM region as well as hold global responsibilities to market and amplify the Coates brand
  • The position will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the day-to-day marketing activities and will work with the broader Marketing team to execute and ensure effective delivery of marketing and brand goals
  • The Marketing Manager will play the regional role of second in command for the Global Marketing Director
  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the hiring of a Marketing Coordinator and managing this person when they are in the position
  • Plan, develop and implement strategic marketing strategies and activities including PR, thought leadership, events, advertising, strategic partnerships, client engagement and building capacity to support the organization
  • Oversee regional execution of global marketing campaigns
  • Develop strong, efficient and highly collaborative partnerships with the Marketing Manager, International Markets to build and execute marketing and brand strategies to allow for alignment across regions
  • Day to day management and implementation of local and regional marketing activity across NAM region
  • Co-manage workflow process with Marketing Manager, International Markets
  • Partner with Account Management and Business Development teams to prepare the experiences and materials for (future and current) client interaction (i.e
  • pitches, presentations, meetings, demos, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with the customer teams (Account Management, Product, Deployment, Support, etc.)
  • to assess the end-to-end client engagement process and build and execute a plan to improve and streamline
  • Apply a commercial lens when collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that marketing consultation and input on customer projects is value driven
  • Build and manage calendar of activities
  • Ensure branding position and creative execution are aligned with strategic direction of Coates Group
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the NAM region
  • Strategic oversight of Regional RMHC and Charity Management for the NAM group
  • Partnership and vendor management
  • Work in collaboration with Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist as an input into the social content creation process and the Communications Manager as an input into the internal comms process
  • Special projects, such as RFP management, special events, etc
  • Oversee local photo/video shoots as needed
  • Play an active role in the planning and preparation for NAM client events as the Marketing Lead
  • Build successful relationships with business development leads to identify where we can actively support in ensuring our brand voice in consistent and cohesive across all channels
  • Improvement of overall customer engagement process
  • Pro-active engagement with Account Management teams to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Act as a brand guardian when assessing all aspects of visual and language driven brand application across the customer lifecycle
  • Demonstrated partnerships with Marketing Specialist, International Markets on shared goals, strategies and processes to ensure global alignment for marketing
  • Effective collaboration with Communications Manager for internal comms needs
  • Play an active role in the achievement of KPIs of wider team to ensure they are being met
  • Proactively provide effective leadership and guidance to ensure delivery of comprehensive suite of internal and external focused services
  • Play an active role in a high performing, highly engaged team culture and initiate continuous improvements in your role
  • Play an active role in defining the structure and facilitating growth for our growing team
