UX Designer with Security Clearance

Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a visual communications discipline (e.g., graphic design, web design, interactive design, etc.) or a systems/human factors engineering discipline, and at least five years of experience
- You’ve mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, and Axure (or similar software) to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- You have experience with a prototyping tool such as Axsure, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional
- Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences
- You have excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
Responsibilities
- Define interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders
- Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research
- Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information
- Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface
