Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in web-based and iOS application UI/UX design
- Substantial understanding of and experience with maintaining, creating, and utilizing design systems and libraries
- Proficiency with Sketch
- Portfolio with detailed case studies showcasing design process
Responsibilities
- The UI/UX Designer will work on the transformation of an internal tool used by retail and corporate for capex/opex planning, reporting, work order management system, etc
- You will contribute to the design efforts for various modules, starting with the critical preservation module and extending to six more modules
- You will sit with business stakeholders occasionally to gather user stories and understand processes
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions
- You will create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
- You will develop high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency in design elements, such as fonts, colors, and branding
- You will conduct usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs accordingly
- You will work on information architecture and user journeys to optimize the overall UX
- You will build interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user flows and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine and improve prototypes
