Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing concierge service to new customers and ensuring white glove service as they begin their partnership with LegalMatch
- Develop in depth knowledge of client performance and business needs, and provide a proactive approach to assist the client in achieving all revenue goals
- Resolve client escalations in a timely manner
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- 75 calls or 2.5 hours of talk time per day
