Responsibilities

  • Manages the overall budget for the team (>$100M), leveraging budgeting tools to pull together reports and presentations to leadership
  • Acts as product owner for new Tools & Technologies used by the team - Budget Management & Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Assist with Promotions/Activations including brief-writing, copy review (SCRB), and delivery of assets to vendors (specifically for Brand, C-Store and New Transactions) Manages financial needs for programs, including budget oversight, budget tool inputs, process requests (POs, invoices, deductions, year-end accruals, etc
  • ) and manage the coupon process Provides analytical recaps of program performance and makes recommendations on optimizations/improvements Lead end-to-end shopper marketing efforts for smaller customers, with coaching / support from Line Manager (specifically for C-Store and New Transactions) Assist with ad-hoc requests from Shopper Marketing Managers / Team Director Partner with team lead / broader team on team engagement & impact plan activities What can you expect from Mars?
