Responsibilities

  • The position serves as a field-based marketing representative responsible for market development objectives in strategic geographies and accounts.
  • Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with local sales and sales management teams to execute key strategies for market growth.
  • A field-based TAM is responsible for developing strategic relationships with referring neurologists, key patient support groups, advocacy groups, and helping to educate patients and providers about DBS therapy
  • The Therapy Awareness Manager will operate within a defined area, providing clinical education to patients and referrers, and serving as a primary resource market development strategy and execution
  • Develop strategies to partner with key accounts and organizations for patient outreach
  • Develop strategic relationships with key community neurology groups
  • Execute key strategies set by sales and marketing leadership team
  • Explore and validate potential new call-points
  • Identify new business development opportunities as they arise
  • Utilize both in-person and virtual avenues to support patient and customer events
