Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification
- 5 plus years of experience in project management within construction
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Strong leadership and management skills
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and goals
- Communicate effectively with management, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for successful project completion
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Working with the Director of Safety and Health, establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors and project-based personnel
- Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and task assignment
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Track progress and submit project reports to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to applicable building codes and regulations
