Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification
  • 5 plus years of experience in project management within construction
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and goals
  • Communicate effectively with management, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for successful project completion
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
  • Working with the Director of Safety and Health, establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors and project-based personnel
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and task assignment
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Track progress and submit project reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to applicable building codes and regulations
