Responsibilities
- This is a managerial position in which the individual would be responsible for training and overseeing all technicians in the field
- They would be responsible for quality control, conflict resolution and ensuring the team follows all policies and procedures accurately
- This person will also work closely with the office to ensure communication and assist in scheduling
- Ensures repairs are done accurately and efficiently
- Ensures crews stay on schedule
- Assists in repairs and assessments when needed
- Responsible for field training and support
- Brings crews materials when needed
- Responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures are followed
- Responsible for enforcing all state and federal safety protocols are followed
- Delegates tasks to field technicians
- Ensures all job paperwork in completed and submitted in a timely fashion
- Ensures all vehicles and equipment is being inspected weekly and schedules for routine or preventative maintenance when needed
- Assists the office in the delegation of orders, tasks or jobs that need to be completed
- Provides the office with communication pertaining to jobs, issues, or needs for the division
- Ability to resolve issues when they arise
- Ability to delegate and lead a team
- Responsible for overseeing technicians’ worked hours
- Responsible for orchestrating disciplinary actions when needed
- Ability to work on a roof
