Qualifications

  • Had experience selling a data related product or service
  • Has worked with global businesses and/or sold to supply chain leaders or sales leaders
  • Experienced with selling products or services with deal sizes greater than $30,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and pitch growth solution services to potential Enterprise and SMB B2B clients using methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach techniques
  • Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing
  • Onboard new business partners onto the Company's online platform service by effectively communicating the value proposition
  • Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service
  • Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients
  • Collaborate with Tridge cross-functional stakeholders including data & intelligence, sales operations, and marketing, to support best practice initiatives throughout the business
  • Execute contracts promptly to ensure timely payment and provision of contractual services
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts
