Qualifications

  • 6 year(s) of relevant experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success in, roles as a Business Analyst working on software development projects, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:
  • Understanding of requirements from the business or stakeholder’s perspective and translating the requirements into the appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
  • Documenting requirements and revising existing system logic or business process difficulties to select, build or modify large, complex or mission critical information systems to achieve business value;
  • Developing business and application domain knowledge for an assigned business portfolio and/ or LoS to aid in evaluating the balance of both business needs and user requests;

Responsibilities

  • They sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technology that solve our customer and end-user problems
  • They design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
  • Product Management’s involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line
  • For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, Go To Market planning, sales, and other key business support activities

  • Our Business Analysts solve business problems working with delivery teams using Agile and scrum methodologies
  • Analyzing business and user needs, while establishing clear business value objectives;
  • Performing Senior Business Analyst responsibilities while working on large and complex software development, infrastructure, SaaS and/or Cloud solutions;
  • Managing the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing of SOW deliverables in a project setting;
  • Developing and guiding the documentation of requirements and test cases so that the requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, consistent and not in contradiction with each other;
  • Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision;
  • Establishing direction and vision for the team that aligns to strategic objectives;
  • Creating an atmosphere of trust to manage, motivate and coach staff, while encouraging responsiveness, quality and improvement;
  • Managing the assignment of project tasks by developing the project team, assessing project engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team;
  • Resolving conflicts constructively;
  • Using analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve service performance, customer experience and communicate product value;
  • Articulating stakeholder messages in an influential way. (i.e. demonstrating value);
  • Engaging stakeholders proactively to ask for service delivery feedback and suggestions;
  • Acting as an advocate for customers as they navigate technology and security processes and interacting with different teams; and,
  • Developing and implementing programs that improve our customers’ ability to follow our processes and use tooling effectively
