Qualifications

  • At least ten years of sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless In-Building small cell solutions architecture and distributed antenna systems
  • Ability to think strategically from revenue generation and technical product perspectives
  • Confirmed history of collaborative leadership and ability to work as a team on group initiatives, as well as tackle individual projects and achieve revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree with a STEM major
  • Ability to think trans formatively
  • Excellent eco-system relationships
  • Ability to lead through areas of conflict
  • Confirmed leadership in a matrix organization
  • History of using a standard sales methodology

Responsibilities

  • In the role, you will meet or exceed the annual sales quota and strategic account plan objectives by developing sales strategies and leading business units, regional sales teams and integration partners to effectively complete tactical actions to achieve strategic plans
  • Implement a strategy to position CommScope as the preferred supplier for as many products and services supporting MNO's capacity and coverage solutions
  • Develop a direct/channel strategy to position CommScope as a one-stop primary supplier
  • Develop a strategy to leverage existing DAS product approvals to add new approvals supporting ERA roadmap enhancements
  • Develop and execute strategy for OneCell gaining approvals for Network use by MNO, including OneCell as a Signal Source, OneCell Direct to Enterprise, and OneCell as a Service
  • Meet or exceed the sales quota for the entire US territory year over year
  • Facilitate a leadership role in building a solid business relationship with customer technical and business teams at the MNOs, regions and local markets
  • Identify customer key contacts, influencers and external consultants
  • Provide quarterly MNO technical and deployment plans and long-term trends to CommScope middle and upper management
  • Coordinate and participate in the development and execution of the Key Account Plans

Benefits

  • This position's expected total compensation range (base + sales bonus) is $112,500 to $168,800
  • The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan
  • In addition, candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options
