Regional Service Manager (Full Service Auto Repair)

Qualifications
- **Must have experience overseeing multiple Automotive Service Repair facilities to be considered for this role*
Responsibilities
- The Regional Service Manager will be required to travel between multiple locations in the market implementing proper policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive further success and profitability
- The Regional Service Director will be responsible to oversee General Managers & Service Managers at each location, while also being able to step in and fill in as a working Manager if needed
- This person will be expected to provide and build a positive workplace culture
- Must be strong with KPIs and metrics
- The Regional Service Manager must be prepared to work in the field on a daily basis
- Your primary mission will be to lead the overall operations and compliance of stores within your assigned region via the store managers and employees in your group
- Entrepreneurial Mentality: Take ownership of the automotive repair facilities in your region and make them the best they can be
- Manage local Automotive teams: Recruiting, hire, train and retain, workforce planning, hiring, training, counseling, developing managers, service advisors & automotive technicians
- Deliver Results: Deliver financial, sales, member satisfaction and safety objectives
- Set and Achieve Standards: With management, sets accountability and expectations for employees on the company culture, standards, policies, and procedures, and develops an environment which is conducive to accomplishing both the company and employee personal goals
- Transform Operations and Culture: Build a culture that is results focused, collaborative and meets standard for safety, performance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular store visits providing action plans to achieve full market potential
- Set business plan and manage KPIs and the P&L for assigned Area
- Ensure customer retention & relationship growth in the market
- Ensure proper staffing levels throughout the district
- Support company initiatives to deliver a high-performance, customer-centric culture
- Identify training and development opportunities for employees
- Be a strong motivator and role model to teams with the ability to proactively diagnose problems and provide effective solutions
- Lead the opening of new automotive service centers within your region
- The Regional Service Manager will be expected to travel to one location per day
