Qualifications
- Proven experience leading UX/UI design processes and teams
- Experience in designing web applications, websites, dashboards, and mobile applications
- Demonstrated expertise in collaboration and communication, interfacing with clients, product managers, software developers, and other team members
- EXPERTISE with design software such as Figma
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing designs
- Passion for implementing design best practices that improve usability, flows, and user satisfaction
- Expert in UI/UX design with a focus on SaaS platforms
- Not required: Equipped with skills in GTM, product marketing, branding, and growth hacking
- Committed to a long-term journey with SQOR, contributing to its scaling and success
Responsibilities
- We are in search of a Senior UI/UX Designer (**please add your portfolio) who can polish and clean up what we have and add to it over time in a data driven way
- The latter is more nice-to-have, but this multidimensional role involves refining our product's design for the user, leading data-driven design optimization for the user, and developing landing page strategies for various ICPs
- As a Co-founder and Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for hands-on designing and implementation of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products
- You will be the person that blows the user's mind with every use
- You will work closely with our teams, including product managers, software developers, and data scientists, to create user experiences that simplify complex data sets to do so
- Elevate the UI for an unparalleled user experience on existing and new pages
- Continuously implement data-driven design optimizations
- Strategize and execute impactful landing page solutions
- Ideally utilize skills in GTM, product marketing, branding, and growth hacking to further enhance our product and market presence
