Qualifications

  • Learning how to dig into technical specifications doesn’t scare you, and you enjoy doing the research necessary to service clients properly
  • You are excited to build up a book of business through steady persistence using data-driven and people-centered processes
  • This role would be ideal for a Sales Representative or Account Executive with 3-5 years of professional business development experience in the technology staffing or consulting services industry
  • Comfort and willingness to cold call is required
  • Experience participating in business development campaigns and managing sales pipelines
  • Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail and process-oriented is essential to succeed
  • Problem solving and team building skills are required
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role

Responsibilities

  • Get client meetings on the calendar for key client relationship managers while supporting their pipeline for successful business development
  • Participate in cold-calling and email campaigns, targeting specific stakeholders in charge of technology-related projects
  • Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, meetings, contract negotiation, managing bill rates, and relationship development
  • Assist the sales support team in lead generation activities as deemed necessary
  • Collaborate with the delivery team regarding project openings and client requirements to ensure strong candidate/consultant matches and interviews are coordinated promptly
  • Learn directly from senior sales professionals to grow into a successful client relationship manager
