Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted in lieu of the required degree)·
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documenting sessions, developing, and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team·
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.·
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions·
- Facilitate JAR/JAD sessions·
- Conduct As-Is, To-Be and Gap analysis·
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions·
- Monitor and evaluate the success of solutions·
- Support User Acceptance testing
Benefits
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
