Responsibilities
- Lead the operation of specialized bulk clearing equipment (pneumatic whip machines, material drills, air lancers, Cardox Co2 Systems)
- Oversee drilling and setting of explosive charges
- Manage blasting of bulk materials
- Coordinate bin whip and drill equipment operations
- Ensure proficient operation of heavy equipment
- Manage general maintenance duties
- Create detailed field reports
- Manage payroll hours for crew members
- Communicate project updates to team and stakeholders
