Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Machine Learning; (2) Risk Analysis; (3) Experimental Design; (4) Python; (5) R; (6) Regression; (7) Inferential Statistics; and (8) Data Analysis
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable
Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required

Job Duties: Produce insights (e.g., performance drivers, retention analysis, behavioral personas) to help grow Salesforce Cloud businesses by acquiring, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources such as Redshift, Deepsea, Falcon), and analyzing the data using SQL/Python/R. Partner with Senior Leadership (VP+) to understand their business and advise on strategic objectives, product direction, roadmaps, growth goals, retention strategies, etc
Productize analyses by working with engineers and data scientists to turn insights into self-service dashboards or data products
Evangelize the insights through storytelling
Create easy-to-consume media that inspires into action anyone from senior execs to fellow analysts
Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required

Salary: $174,117.00 - $175,117.00 per annum
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $174,117 to $175,117
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
