Qualifications

  • Candidates must be able to travel and work nights and weekends as required
  • Office, Travel and Lifting Requirements: This is a home office position which typically requires three to four days per week of travel within a designated geographic area of responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Job Description: A successful Regional Sales Manager will be a true sales and distributor manager professional in this role
  • This role is designed to grow distribution in a specific territory, build volume in a dedicated account base, and travel up to 30% of the time for consumer events, education tradeshows, and, most importantly, distributor meetings and work withs
  • A Regional Sales Manager is expected to be a brand builder, account manager, sales motivator, relationship builder, educator, and public speaker
  • Trade Development: Develops rapport and personally calls on targeted accounts by channel
  • Must maintain and actively work the targeted account list
  • Analyzes data, including depletion reports, and converts insights into actions
