Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience working with Wireless Industry, Order to Cash, or Supply Chain operations
- gathering business requirements to develop use cases; analyzing data and generating dashboards using visualization tools, Tableau or PowerBI; and assisting with technical issues to improve existing or new business processes
- To build never seen before solutions to some of the world's toughest problems
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and producing the following deliverables as needed:
- Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Test Scenarios, Project Plans, End User Documentation
- Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion
- Drive and challenge business units on assumptions of execution of plans
- Serve as conduit between the Business Departments and the MA IT Department
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Be the liaison between the business units, solutions management, technology teams and support teams
