Responsibilities
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, document findings and
- present to IT App Dev Team including UX, Technical Architects, Developers, and QA team
- Write technical requirements for a software development team
- Test new software features
- Document and present new features to business users
- Provide support to business users for applications
- Write SQL queries to collect, analyze, and test data
- Hybrid position (On-site here in Plano 3 days a week and 2 days remote)
