Responsibilities
- An individual int his role will Basically assist with anything a customer may need in regards to their online banking account:
- Take inbound calls from bank customers
- Bank transactions
- Account transfers
- Assist with password resets
- Shifts will be assigned by the client based upon the needs of the business
- All candidates must be available to work between 7:45am – 6:00pm M-F
- All employees will work rotating Saturdays 9am-3pm, with mandatory Saturdays (as communicated by management)
