Data Analyst with Security Clearance

Master's or Doctorate Degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology (IT) or Data Field and ten (10) years' experience in the respective discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
Must have a background in IT in the Data and Knowledge Management Arena with proficient skillsets in developing, maintaining and supporting relational databases and web-based services
Must have experience as a data analyst, data manager, or data scientist
Must have experience with coding and databases, data mining techniques, data tools and visualization tool
Must have knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire
Must be able to travel, including air travel

Manage, organize and distribute large amounts of documents and information across multiple networks at various classification levels
Identifying and using tools for information management and technology product design, development, and deployment onto DAF or DoD networks
Maintain and support relational database models to efficiently organize, search and retrieve data as well as assist the development, acquisition and maintenance of requisite tools used as a repository to store and manage data for later data analysis
Utilize knowledge of data mining and its various uses to perform duties and provide technical expertise in designing and implementing data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
Design, maintain, and support web-based tools to track status of activities on multiple networks
Assess delivery strategies, web technologies, oversight, and organizational implications for web-based development
Work closely with CROWS teams to understand cyber posture, develop data strategies and create data visualizations to support decision-making
Train end-users on new reports and data dashboards
