Responsibilities
- The Sales Director is responsible for leading, managing, directing, and coordinating all sales related activities necessary to achieve profitability, long-term growth, and stability of the business
- The primary objective is to define and drive strategic sales initiatives that establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer base, coordinate sales campaigns, manage and develop the sales team, and represent, support, and promote assigned vendor products
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
- Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to continually feed Star Blends' sales funnel
- Track sales KPI's and make adjustments as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Manage relationships with key independent consultants
- Manage and organize our CRM database
- Review financial statements, CRM sales, activity reports, and other performance data
- Direct and coordinate budget activities to determine equipment sales revenues, maximize resources, and increase efficiencies
- Participate in industry related events such as conferences and trade shows
- Provide monthly/quarterly updates related to budget and forecast
- Foster professional growth for self and others
