Responsibilities
Product Marketing Manager is key in creating and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for generating sales-qualified leads for HealthStream's Scheduling products and services
This position will report directly to the AVP of Product Marketing with a dotted line to business leaders (VPs, SVPs)
In addition, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service, among others, to facilitate strategic alignment and ensure new business goals are met by demonstrating how HealthStream's Scheduling products deliver value
Product Marketing Manager plays a leading role in developing, managing, and executing all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to marketing plans, marketing budgets, messaging and positioning, buyer insights, and overall go-to-market strategies
In addition, this role will collaborate with HealthStream's demand marketing team to execute strategic campaigns that leverage various marketing channels, including email, SEM/SEO, social, advertising, digital initiatives, ABM, content, and webinars
This role will also drive sales enablement by helping sales nurture leads by creating and managing all sales collateral materials and tools needed to support the sales teams
You will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training
Create the yearly marketing calendar for the product(s)
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product positioning and differentiation
Assist the AVP of Product Marketing in creating positioning and messaging standards for all products and solutions
Be the subject matter expert about our customer's journey and how to optimize communications to create good experiences
As a strategic thinker, you should be able to make key decisions on the fly and help solve problems with minimal help
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Associates and cross-functional teams to establish strategic direction and influence key stakeholders
Leverage digital marketing best practices within your planning and help direct the demand marketing team to maximize fulfillment for all marketing campaigns
Drive sales enablement by creating sales assets and tools, as well as emphasize how to communicate the value of our products
Leverage data to gather strategic insights and report results on all marketing campaigns
Play a key role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives under the direction of the AVP Marketing
Use business intelligence tools (i.e., Pardot, SalesForce, Google Analytics) to present and review results with senior management, adjust budgets and adapt campaign tactics to optimize the delivery of qualified leads
Collaborate with the entire marketing department to best leverage HealthStream's assets to benefit these products
Manage all collateral materials in support of the entire product solution set
Assist the AVP of Marketing in creating personas and optimizing the customer journey
