Qualifications

  • Outside sales experience managing territory, working in customer service, & account management
  • Must have a good driving record and have completed a recognized Experienced Riders Course
  • 25-50% travel expected with frequent overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • attention and service to their accounts
  • They will interact with Account senior leaders, sales/marketing leaders,
  • field sales teams, buyers, and customer service representatives ensuring S&S’s position as a leading partner, driving
  • Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization as an effective communicator, developer of solutions
  • and someone who executes on a plan
  • Work with Account Contacts to create and submit timely and accurate order forecasts
  • Ensure Key Accounts are on target meeting their agreed upon objectives
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of Purchase Orders
  • Be present monthly/quarterly at Key Account’s Corporate Headquarters meeting with Senior Sales Managers,
  • Buyers and others as needed
  • Quickly & effectively react to customer inquiries or new business opportunities and provide industry leading
  • Work with their account contacts to develop and provide a high level of product training to maximize the level of
  • confidence with the account field sales team(s)
  • Occasionally travel to dealers/assigned accounts to further develop relationships with S&S Cycle
  • Update customer information in S&S’s CRM system and accurately build a Customer Profile for their accounts
  • Maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) database for effective reporting of activities within the assigned
  • Act as advisor to the Marketing/Product Development teams ensuring the VOC (voice of customer) is represented
  • Identify and communicate new opportunities to S&S senior management
  • Attend trade shows, rallies and events as needed
  • Complete various special projects as assigned by manager/leadership

Company information

The performance aftermarket, both 2 and 4 wheel was born on race tracks around the world. Enthusiasts in their single car garages grinding aluminum and welding steel late into the night, all in the hopes of a quicker ET or a higher top speed.
