Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency of our contract management systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to contract management and translate them into functional specifications
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of CLM solutions
- Provide functional expertise during the development and customization of CLM systems
- SQL and PL/SQL Proficiency:
- Utilize SQL and PL/SQL skills to query databases, extract relevant information, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization within the contract management system
- User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure effective utilization of CLM systems
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
