2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of HR and recruitment software and tools

Responsibilities
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various roles within our client's company
Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
Screening and Interviewing : Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit
Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Compliance : Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant labor laws and company policies
Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, job postings, and other recruitment-related data
