Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a complex project environment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and analyze code
- Proficiency in creating user stories and technical documentation
- Experience in troubleshooting user errors and technical issues related to APIs and endpoints
- Familiarity with data management and reporting processes
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage integration dependencies and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Stratfield is seeking a technical business/systems analyst to join our team in building enterprise software applications for our clients
- This role will play a pivotal role in working with endpoints and API calls, solving technical issues, and documenting best practices to use moving forward
- This is a 6 month extendable project
- Issue Management and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to user errors, front/back-end problems, endpoint changes, and API adjustments
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure prompt resolution of identified issues
- Read and understand code to analyze problems without direct coding responsibilities
- Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, to communicate issues, resolutions, and adjustments effectively
- Data Management And Analysis
- Assist in data slicing and dicing activities until comprehensive reporting mechanisms are implemented for business use
- Collaborate with the data exchange team to obtain necessary tables for development purposes
- Grasp and manage integration dependencies with internal systems, working closely with team members to navigate complexities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, outlining changes in endpoints and adjustments to APIs
