Responsibilities
- As one of the first lines of customer interaction, you will represent NEWPRO by talking to homeowners from inbound and outbound calls who would like to have an in-home sales representative visit them to provide a quote for their project
- Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants
- Engage with customers who have requested more information on NEWPRO's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representatives
- Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition
- Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression
