Responsibilities

  • This role is part of the Marketing department and will focus on identifying and prospecting potential customers, setting up meetings, and advancing the sales process
  • The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales messaging and strategy
  • Managing multiple prospects and conducting qualification conversations with our potential clients in various channels
  • Prospecting, researching and outreaching to potential clients and coordinating demonstrations and meetings with the UVeye sales team
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications director on demonstration days, conferences and events while prospecting potential attendees and outreaching them
  • Initiate and assist with logistical efforts of different events across the USA
  • Close work with our field sales team and partners to constantly expand their pipeline of potential regional clients
  • Growing constantly the leads pipeline
  • Research and identify potential customers and establish contact through cold calling and emails
  • Handle inbound leads and qualify them
  • Educate potential customers on company product offerings and explain their benefits
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Track and monitor sales activities and results
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
  • Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams to help refine sales strategies and messaging
