Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years progressive experience in product/brand management
  • 5-10+ years project leadership experience in matrixed environment
  • Professional experience should include customer marketing, product management and/or brand management, working in cross functional teams, having P&L management
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills that leverage quantitative and qualitative information sources
  • Strategic thinking and sound judgment in execution of activities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly with Senior Leadership, both written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Brand Marketing Manager contributes to Beverage out of home marketing success by leading the development of brand management, innovation, and marketing activities for the NESCAFE brand in our solutions and standard portfolio within the Nestle Professional
  • As a Senior Brand Manager, you will develop strategic assessments for the coffee category and leads the business against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives
  • Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together
  • Works cross-functionally, builds the brand and achieve financial objectives
  • Leads and/or oversees day to day management of brand activity including forecasting; budget tracking; shipment and consumption analysis; marketing plan execution and program tracking
  • Leads cross-functional and project teams to deliver strategic recommendations, new products and/or marketing programs
  • Initiate necessary research to gain category, channel and operator insights to drive development, innovation and renovation of product and solution portfolio
  • Develop, manage and grow a hot beverage solutions and standard portfolio, including introduction of new beverage products and beverage solutions to address foodservice channel and operator needs
  • Oversee the initiation, development and execution of marketing and sales programs in support of current and new product and hot beverage dispenser solutions
  • Recommend annual marketing plan, priorities, and budgets as part of the yearly planning process
  • Analyze market dynamics and adjust business strategies as necessary
  • Communicate effectively to the organization about programs, initiatives, priorities, and results
  • Manage the business/category/solution P&L to ensure profit targets are met
  • Development of communication plan and creative concepts including media, sales materials, merchandising, websites, etc
  • Develop structure and content of high-performance coffee training
  • Execution of training initiatives including development of materials and presentation
