Business Analyst with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Background

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as functional consultant in Microsoft D365 Business Central
- Must have handled minimum 5 end to end implementations
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules including Finance, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory, Project Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Strong documentation skills such as Functional Requirement Document, GAP-FIT Analysis, solution design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Microsoft Certifications, experience in implanting U.S based projects and U.S taxation would be an advantage
- Ready to travel client site as and when required
- Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting
Responsibilities
- Interaction with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements, processes, integration requirements and objectives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, functional solution design and configure D365 Business Central processes to requirements
- Collaborate with technical team to develop and implement custom or integration processes
- Migrating Masters and Data from the legacy system to Business Central
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on system functionality and best practices
- Define and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets client requirements
- Cut-over planning and Go-Live execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, provide support and guidance to end users during implementation and post-go-live phases
