Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have over five years of sales leadership experience and a remarkable history of success, and will play a pivotal role in propelling our growth and expanding our market presence in the Smart Highways, Smart Concrete Strength Sensors, and Destructive Concrete Testing markets
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience within the Concrete, Construction, Technology, or Cellular Infrastructure solutions industries
  • Experience in the following areas would be of particular interest: Construction Supplies, Channel Sales, Distribution, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, SaaS, RFPs, Proposals, and a proven record of success in establishing and managing a sales-driven culture
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while owning revenue generation within similar markets selling Smart Concrete Sensors and Concrete Strength Sensors to Governmental Agencies, Commercial Contractors, and/or Testing Agencies
  • Extensive comprehension of sales methodologies, processes, sales force development, and coaching practices
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Masterful communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Evidenced ability to lead, galvanize, and invigorate a sales team to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Strategic, unwavering focus on customer satisfaction
  • Innovative troubleshooter with an affinity for thriving within a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up-type environment

Responsibilities

  • It also enables construction engineers to make accurate data-driven decisions to improve materials selection, construction schedules, budgets, and the allocation of other critical resources
  • Your active involvement and ongoing management and insight will accelerate the growth trajectory of our innovative infrastructure solutions
  • As revenue grows, so will the sales organization
  • You will be responsible for executing the sales plan while hiring, motivating, leading, and mentoring a team of highly-compensated sales professionals to surpass sales and margin objectives
