Qualifications

  • The only absolute requirement - MUST have the drive and desire to succeed, grow, and GSD, get stuff done
  • Experience with all MS Office applications and preferably a CRM software required
  • Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a high energy level and degree of integrity, be self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence
  • Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
  • Email and cold call prospects in order to generate fresh leads and schedule demos for the sales team - this role is all about prospecting
  • Must have the ability to articulate the Recruitics value proposition and educate clients around the power of Recruitics
  • Submit standard sales metrics, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports, on a regular and timely basis
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs
