Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Management or related Project Management within construction
- Prior experience as a consultant engaged in forensic work is advantageous
- Essential skills include robust communication abilities, substantial construction experience, proficiency in senior-level Microsoft Suite software, and the capacity to learn new software pertinent to our services
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project or Construction Management, or a related field, alongside relevant experience
- Equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with ten years of experience and degrees in the mentioned fields
- Strong project management skills, encompassing time management, client communication, safety management, and experience in estimating, scheduling, cost management, and project takeoffs are advantageous
- Comprehensive familiarity with construction methodologies, project delivery methods, and contracting mechanisms
- Proficiency in leading diverse professional teams to achieve top-tier results
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a clear and analytical approach
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale construction projects across all phases
- Apply extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contract management
- Estimate, manage costs, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate diverse professionals across multiple disciplines
- Effectively communicate project updates, changes, and concerns, both in written and verbal formats
- Identify and resolve project issues efficiently
- Travel to job sites as necessary, up to 50% of the time
- Navigate construction and existing building sites across rough terrain
- Identify and respond to potentially hazardous situations promptly
- React swiftly to audible alerts
