Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Customer Service team, your responsible for the health of our clients
  • Our team oversees partner questions through proactive training, managing inbound technical support, and gathering valuable feedback from our clients
  • When our customers hit a hurdle, we assist them by being informed about the solutions that are right for them and communicating the recommended solutions with efficiency and confidence
  • In addition, you would be the key to the CemSites onboarding program that introduces users to our software and gives them a solid foundation to build on
  • Being able to adjust your teaching style to each user’s individual skill level, would allow you to maximize his or her understanding and your time
  • Our Customer Service team is responsible for developing, updating, and delivering end-user guides, training scripts, and other documentation in support of products for technical and non-technical users
  • You will be the training expert on the CemSites software solution
  • Customer service via telephone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshooting technical problems for customers
  • Becoming experts in our products and services
  • Being an empathetic and friendly voice of our company
  • Collaborating well to provide the best solutions to customer challenges
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving and proactive support
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the software features, including new developments
  • Your work hours will be adjusted based on customers’ needs

  • Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
