DESCRIPTION: The role entails contributing to the development of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Sales, and Customer Success teams. As a pivotal member of this cross-functional position, you will drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our SaaS platform. Operating both independently and collaboratively, you will spearhead high-impact digital marketing campaigns, analyze their outcomes, and optimize for growth. This multifaceted position demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse projects concurrently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns encompassing paid advertising (PPC, social media ads), organic social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Craft engaging and impactful content (blog posts, social media posts, landing pages) tailored to resonate with the target audience, driving lead generation and conversions.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility. Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms). Develop and execute social media campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, aiming to expand to future networks. Conduct market segmentation exercises to build and maintain lists of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.

Cross-reference industry lists, trade show attendees, and other lead-based information to update Salesforce and other internal CRM databases for specific campaign execution. Generate and send email campaigns for lead generation, prospect nurturing, and customer engagement.

Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools. Generate insightful reports and presentations, communicating results and identifying areas for improvement to stakeholders.

Assist in event planning and public relations; research and attend trade shows when required, contributing to planning and onsite setup. Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance) to support product launches via digital efforts.

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree, and/or 5-8 years related experience in general marketing or a digital marketing role in a B2B SaaS organization, proficiency with system-level technology, APIs, and data; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience at a similar early-stage startup is not a requirement but is helpful, as your success will largely depend on your ability to get projects done on time with very few resources available to you, and knowing how to navigate that dynamic is a big advantage

Knowledge of basic office products (such as Google Docs, Word, etc), experience with CRM Systems (ie. HubSpot, SalesForce), experience with marketing automation tools (ie. HubSpot, Marketo), experience with analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics, SEMrush), strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, and SEO.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Salary Range: $110,000 to $145,500 annually, commensurate with experience.
