Position Description

As a Content Marketing Manager at Softdocs, you take full responsibility of inbound Marketing strategies such as social media, blogs, marketing collateral, and video, optimizing the processes that support our content Marketing strategy infrastructure. Further, the ideal candidate has experience with quantitative outcomes and qualitative outputs, including SEO rankings, case studies, and sales tools that engage prospects and accelerate deals. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will create and distribute high-quality content that attracts and retains customers, ultimately driving qualified leads and pipeline. Expanding Softdocs’ digital presence and brand awareness are foundations to success for this position.

Position Responsibilities

Content Marketing – document comprehensive content Marketing processes and design content marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Content Optimization – optimize content through analyzing web traffic metrics (page views, conversion, etc.) and general inefficiencies/bottlenecks backed by web analytic practices (SEO, Google Analytics, etc.)
Content Calendar Management – develop and manage calendar by delegating tasks and verifying content deadlines are published on schedule
Digital Presence & Brand Awareness – distribute and mange content on various digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, company career page, etc.) to ensure strong web presence and brand awareness
Customer Improvement – collect customer feedback and produce ideas to increase customer engagement
Collaboration – collaborate with Marketing team to generate high quality content and alignment to Marketing objectives

Qualifications

Content Marketing experience with strong process development and content optimization acumen
Proficiency with Content Management Software. WordPress and MS Office preferred
Work experience with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media platforms
Editorial and customer mindset with the aptitude to predict audience preferences
Project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's in marketing, journalism, or other relevant area
