Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating with the cleaning team to ensure client satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Provide product information and guidance to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to address customer needs and resolve any escalated issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide quality assistance.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Familiarity with cleaning industry practices and terminology is beneficial.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Detail-oriented and organized.
