POSITION:

The Customer Service and Sales Representative will to support management with new member acquisition and retention by building a exceptional rapport and delivering a top notch, positive experience with every interaction.

Functional computer skills -- POS / Booking software (i.e. Club Ready); Google Sheets / Docs

Sell memberships
Book & confirm prospects
Greet and check-in clients
Ask for referrals
Ensure studio cleanliness
Participate in team meetings
Other duties as assigned
