Position Overview:

We are searching for a full-time Project Manager to join our growing team in Colorado. As the ideal candidate, you will work collaboratively with our skilled craft and project management teams to build, power, service, protect and maintain the buildings and infrastructure supporting Colorado’s businesses, government, residents and visitors. You will manage all aspects of assigned construction projects within the established budget and schedule according to the contract documents, plans and specifications; to Owner/Client satisfaction and in the best interest of Dynalectric Colorado. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm on the project job site, or in the office. This position offers weekends off as well as an enjoyable team-oriented environment. This position offers a competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000. Additionally, you may receive an annual bonus based on the Company performance, your profitability, interdepartmental cooperation and in accordance with Company policy at the time of your eligibility.

The Project Manager will possess:

Bachelor's degree in construction related field and 5 to 10 years project management experience; OR
Colorado Journeyman Electrician License for 5 years plus 1 to 5 years project management experience.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and experience in the Windows environment.
The ability to lead, manage, and motivate project team members. Entrust responsibility and authority to project personnel, establish accountability for results and create a collaborative, transparent team environment for every project team member to mutually thrive personally and achieve project goals.
Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills necessary to effectively communicate with employees, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and manage complex design and cost loaded CPM construction schedules, work breakdown structures, budgets, and cost control.
Estimate, budget and trend electrical system cost from design through construction completion.
Work with Project Superintendent to ensure installations meet applicable codes, regulations and statutes.
Evaluate, manage and respond to design change directives and other project changes.
Manage RFI, submittal and shop drawing process.
Manage material and equipment procurement.
Develop and manage accurate cost projections and evaluate project performance. Update monthly Work-In-Progress reports.
Manage project close-out, turnover and O&M documentation.
Work with Safety Manager to ensure project safety requirements are met.
