We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient information systems and business processes to meet our organization's objectives. As a BSA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT professionals to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into clear and comprehensive system requirements.

System Design and Documentation:

Collaborate with development teams to design effective and efficient system solutions.
Create detailed system documentation, including specifications, process flows, and data models.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet specified requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing, identify and address defects.

Implementation and Integration:

Facilitate the implementation of new systems and integrations.
Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing business processes.

Change Management:

Assess the impact of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems and processes.
Develop change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with support teams.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Training and Support:

Develop training materials and provide user training as needed.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Knowledge of database concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

SKILLS:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, EDI and 3PL warehouses.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 annually
