This person will spend most of their time in development of social media, grant writing, database management, strategy and planning of company wide marketing. He or she will also be attentive to details and deadlines, understand brand fidelity, love our mission/vision, be invested in our team culture, and come with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate their creative ability and references that can vouch for their attentiveness to details and initiative.

Marketing Specialist- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for CTC, consistent with the business plan and approved by the CEO. The purpose is to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Business Development

Develop and execute and approved strategy for identifying and cultivating prospects 2. Following the objectives in the marketing plan, the Marketing Manager initiates contacts and facilitates visits with church, school and business prospects. 3. Provide information on partnership options through marketing materials, public speaking and one-on-one meetings with potential prospects. 4. Once a prospect engages as a partner, the Marketing Manger strengthens relationships and partnerships via regular contact. 5.Ensure the Guiding Principles are represented in all settings, representing the organization accurately and favorably, maintaining integrity. 6. Provide monthly reports of prospect and partner contacts and results of each 7. Follow allowable budget and report

Marketing & Communication

Provide information on partnership options through one-on-one meetings and public speaking 2.Coordinate development, timing and recording of all marketing campaigns, marketing materials. 3. Develop marketing and public relations materials, to enhance CTC’s image, increase awareness and promote solicitation programs, protecting the brand/logo. 4. Provide all media communication/press releases as needed.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
