We seek a motivated, enthusiastic Financial Analyst to join a growing, dynamic finance team. As a key member of the Business Planning department, the Financial Analyst will support the daily financial analysis and business reporting tasks for the company. A key objective of this role is to provide accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting for both Revenue and Operating Expenses. Additionally, by utilizing historical data in ERP and CRM systems, the Financial Analyst will support the company with informed, data-driven decision making. Strong reasoning and analytical skills are essential, as is a customer service-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
Evaluate current and previous financial data
Compare forecast and actual data
Research and analyze business and economic trends
Develop and maintain reporting tools
Identify, research, and resolve process issues and bottlenecks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering or finance field preferred
1 – 2 + years' experience in a finance role
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent reasoning & analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be a self-motivated, independent yet collaborative team player, eager to learn
