Job Description:

EKN Engineering is a fast-growing B2B engineering and technology consulting company located in Irvine, CA. To hit our growth goals, we are hiring an experienced Product Manager for our Technology and Development team. This group is responsible for building and maintaining our new B2B SaaS workflow platform as well as supporting custom B2B software solutions. The applicants’ duties will include analyzing user behavior across our product portfolio, evaluating client feedback on our products, and finding solutions for new product features that maintain our competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with the Software Development, Data Analytics, Project Management, and Business Operations teams
Work with stakeholders, including internal project teams and external users, to identify customer requirements
Conduct technical consultations with customers to clearly define needs, attending sales calls to assist with sales efforts
Analyze data available from client data sources (feed and APIs)
Develop data transformation logic and mapping rules for data
Deliver product demonstrations at differing points of the sales process, assisting with pre-sales scoping studies and workshops
Work with the Product Managers to design and configure the workflows and tools to deliver solutions that meet customer objectives
Act as a customer advocate internally, develop champions within accounts, identify potential customer references, and use cases for growth and expansion
Track KPIs to help identify where we can optimize our process.
Organize and lead training sessions for internal and external users
Define UAT test cases and coordinate UAT with the users
Identify system capability gaps, troubleshoot issues, and work with the Product and Development teams on bog fixes and system capability improvement requests
Develop and maintain efficient customer communication and feedback channels
Create and maintain technical product documentation for internal and external users

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as an Implementation Manager or Sales Engineer in a SaaS company
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Engineering (Computer Science or related technical field)
Experience with pre-sales customer requirement discovery/assessment and post-sales implementation coordination
Experience with data migration and transformation
Experience with SQL and proficiency with Excel
Experience with ETL and APIs
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent customer projects with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
