Creditors' rights law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney. Position requires client contact and a high-volume workload.License to practice in Pennsylvania Required. This is a remote position.

Basic Function

Management of routine bankruptcy matters; drafting and reviewing pleadings and claims filed in bankruptcy cases; potential hearing attendance; responding to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries; and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

-Reviewing filings on behalf of the clients

-Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)

-Resolving routine bankruptcy matters

-Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court

Required Skills

Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws

Education

Law degree – JD

License to practice law in Pennsylvania

Admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania

Experience
